"Ended Up Being a Really Nice Stop"
I stopped into the Bettinardi showroom thinking I’d just take a quick look around, but I ended up spending more time there than planned. The staff was super easy to talk to and never made it feel like a sales pitch. They helped me narrow things down and find a putter that just felt right. Definitely glad I went in.

"Nice putter, but not perfect out of the box"
I liked this putter right away when I took it out of the box. It has a clean look and feels good in the hands, especially on shorter putts around the practice green. That said, for the price, I was expecting the finish to be a little better. Mine had a small mark on it right out of the packaging, which was kind of annoying. I noticed it while standing in my garage with a cup of coffee, just checking it over before heading to the course. It still rolls the ball nicely and performs fine, but I can’t say I was completely blown away...

"Wrong grip showed up"
I ordered the black grip, but a blue one showed up instead. Mistakes happen, but I was really hoping to get a faster response so I could get this sorted out quickly.

"Nice putters, but I felt a bit misled by the price"
I’ll admit, Bettinardi putters do look really nice and they definitely have that premium, well-made feel. I’d heard a lot about the brand, so I expected something special, but once I saw the price, I felt a little misled about the value. They’re solid putters for sure, especially if you’re really serious about golf, but I’m not convinced they’re worth it for everyone. I’d definitely shop around and compare before spending that much.

"A little disappointed by the limited selection"
I went on Bettinardi really hoping to browse a wider range of putters and gear, but the selection felt limited. There just weren’t many styles or options to choose from, which was kind of frustrating. For the price point, I expected more, so I left feeling a bit let down.

"Just as described"
The putter came in looking exactly like the photos and matched the specs, so there weren’t any weird surprises. I appreciate that, especially when buying online. It was just like... well, exactly what I was hoping for. Happy with the order overall...

I ordered this from bettinardi.com, and overall I’m happy with it. The putter feels really solid and gives nice feedback off the face, which I definitely appreciate. Shipping was fine, though not especially quick. The quality is clearly there, but I do think the price feels a little steep for what you get. It also took me a few rounds to get comfortable with the weight. It’s a good product overall, just not something that completely blew me away

I ordered a putter cover from Bettinardi and it was a smooth experience, the site was simple to get around, checkout took hardly any time, I got my confirmation email right away, and there really wasn’t anything confusing or annoying about the whole process.

My putter feels really well made, the edges are clean and the finish is spot on, you can just tell they took their time with it and paid attention to the little details

Not gonna lie, getting one before it sold out made me feel like I’d just won the lottery. It’s probably dramatic, but there’s something so fun about snagging a limited drop before it disappears

"Return worked out, but the terms kept changing"
I had to return a putter, and while the return did eventually go through, it wasn’t exactly quick. The warranty response also took a few days, which was a bit frustrating. They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I really didn’t love how the terms seemed to change along the way. Just wish the whole process had been clearer and smoother

I ordered from bettinardi.com mostly because I specifically wanted a putter made in the USA, i don’t think that’s a bad thing to care about. Right out of the box, the quality felt solid and well-made.
Shipping was easy, and the club showed up in great shape. Yeah, it’s not the cheapest option, but to me it feels worth it. I’d rather spend a little more on something built here and done right...

"Surprisingly smooth shipping"
I ordered from bettinardi.com and, i was a little suspicious at first because it shipped way faster than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, and to my surprise, it actually kept updating the whole way instead of just sitting there with no info. Delivery even showed up a day earlier than the original estimate. The box was in good shape, nothing looked tossed around, and everything inside was packed safely. No shipping issues at all, which I wasn’t totally expecting, so yeah, I’d order again.
